Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding, induction remelting and laser-cladding. Welded layer is easier to grid than Ni60. | Good for oil-well pump plunger and axile. | KF-Co50 | HRC¡«47-55 Working Temperature: 600-800¡æ Ni Co Cr B Si Mo Fe |
A type of Cobalt-based alloy with certain self-fluxing performance. Welded layer has good high temperature red-hardness property. It is the first one to be chosen as wear resistance materials in the medium high temperature range. | Spray welding or bead welding for mold, roller, valve, valve seat of medium-height temperature working condition. |
