Low hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistance, good wetability. Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding and laser-cladding. Spray welding for glass mold and restoring casting parts.
KF-Ni25 HRC¡«20-30
Working Temperature: Max. 700¡æ
Ni Cr B Si Fe
Low hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistance, oxidization resistance, good wettability.
Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding and laser-cladding.
The wedded layer has good machining performance.
Spray welding glass mold and restoring casting parts.
Used as corrosion resistance coating.
KF-Ni35 HRC¡«30-40
Working Temperature: Max. 650¡æ
Ni Cr B Si Fe
Moderate hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistance, good wettability, intermetallic friction resistance.
Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding and laser-cladding.
Wedded layer has good machining performance.
Spray welding shaft, glass mold, plunger and valve.
Used as corrosion resistance coating for shaft.
KF-Ni45 HRC¡«40-50
Working Temperature: Max. 650¡æ
Ni Cr B Si Fe
Moderate hardness, good toughness and wettability, intermetallic friction resistance.
Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding and laser-cladding.
Laser-cladded layer has good machining performance.
Spray welding shaft, exhaust valves, plunger and valve.
Used as corrosion resistance coating for shaft.
KF-Ni55 HRC¡«53-58
Working Temperature: Max. 650¡æ
Ni Cr B Si Fe
High hardness, low friction, good intermetallic friction resistance properties.
Better crack resistance than Ni60.
Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding, induction remelting and laser-cladding.
Welded layer is easier to grid than Ni60.
Good for oil-well pump plunger and axile.
Restoring or protecting parts from hard surface wearing and grain wearing.
Used as corrosion resistance coating for shaft.
KF-Ni60A HRC¡«58-62
Working Temperature: Max. 650¡æ
Ni Cr B Si Fe
High hardness, better wear resistance property. Low friction, good intermetallic friction resistance and corrosion resistance properties. Applied for oxygen-acetylene spray welding, induction remelting and laser-cladding. Spray welding for oil-well pump plunger, rollgang, wortle cone and extruder screw from hard surface wearing and grain wearing.
KF-Ni60B HRC¡«58-62
Working Temperature: Max. 650¡æ
Ni Cr B Si Fe
Same hardness and lower corrosion resistance property as Ni60A.
Used under the work condition without too much anti-corrosion requirements.
Spray welding for the work parts which don¡¯t need too much anti-corrosion requirements like fan blade, boiler pipe and brick making machine.
KF-300A HRC¡«60-75
Working Temperature: Max. 600¡æ
Ni60+35WC-Ni
Self-fluxing alloy with 35% WC addition. Higher wear resistance than Ni60. Good self-fluxing, grain wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties. Used under the work condition with high wear resistance requirements. The welded layer is difficult to grind. Spray welding for wire-drawing cone, fan blade, brick making machine, sucrose squeezer, mud pump and silt stirring paddle.
KF-300B HRC¡«60-75
Working Temperature: Max. 600¡æ
Ni60+50WC
Self-fluxing alloy with 50% WC addition. Used under the work condition with high wear resistance requirements. Good grain-wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties. The welded layer is difficult to grind. Spray welding for brick making machine, mud pump and other farm equipment parts.
KF-300C HRC¡«60-75
Working Temperature: Max. 600¡æ
Ni60+30WC-Co
Self-fluxing alloy with hard alloy addition. Higher wear resistance than Ni60.
Welded layer have properties of good grain wear resistance, hard surface resistance, particle erosion resistance and fretting wear resistance.
Two-step spray welding for wire-drawing cone.
KF-Co50 HRC¡«47-55
Working Temperature: 600-800¡æ
Ni Co Cr B Si Mo Fe
A type of Cobalt-based alloy with certain self-fluxing performance. Welded layer has good high temperature red-hardness property. It is the first one to be chosen as wear resistance materials in the medium high temperature range. Spray welding or bead welding for mold, roller, valve, valve seat of medium-height temperature working condition.
