WC-12Co
A hard and dense coating with excellent grain wear and abrasive wear resistance. It is the hardest coating of all wear resistance coating below 540¡æ. HVOF

Good for corrugated-roll, metallurgic-roll, engine blade and shaft.
KF-61 HV300=1000-1200
Working Temperature: Max. 540¡æ
WC-17Co
Lower hardness than WC-12Co. High toughness because of high Co content.
Better fretting wear resistance. Other properties are similar with WC-12Co.

KF-62 HV300=800-1000
Working Temperature: Max. 550¡æ
WC-25Co
Better toughness because of higher Co content. Coating surface is nicer and polisher. Better fretting wear resistance than the upper two. HVOF

Working Temperature: Max. 850¡æ
Cr3C2-25NiCr
The coating is hard and compact.
The best coating of wear resistance, oxidization resistance and corrosion resistance under medium and high temperature work condition.

Spraying for generation station furnace pipe, metallurgic-roll, core metallurgic-roll and petroleum shaft.
KF-71 HV300=800-1000
Working Temperature: Max. 850¡æ
Cr3C2-30NiCr
The coating is less hard than Cr3C2-25NiCr.
Better toughness because of increased NiCr agglomerant content.
The other performances are the same with KF-70.

Spraying for generation station furnace pipe, aviation blade and shaft.
