Copper-based alloy powder
Powder Technical Parameter Specification Application
KF-130 HRC¡«©‚20
Working Temperature: Max. 400¡æ
Al 10 Cu 90
Aluminum-bronze powder.
The coating sprayed by it is denser and harder than using Aluminum-bronze wire. Small smooth shrinkage ratio. Oxidization resistance is better than other copper alloy coatings. Best as soft poling coating and easy to cut.
Flame Spraying
Plasma Spraying
Restoring copper and copper alloy parts.
Good for soft poling of shaft.
KF-321 HRC¡«©‚20
Working Temperature: Max. 400¡æ
Cu Ni In
The coating is dense. Good wear resistance and cavitation erosion resistance. Good machining performance. Improved abrasion resistance and lubricating properties is better than Copper Nickel alloy. Flame Spraying
Plasma Spraying
Good for expansion joint, aviation parts, air compressor sealing.
Copper clad Graphite 70 HRC¡«©‚20
Working Temperature: Max. 400¡æ
Cu 70 Cg 30
Low friction coating material. Good toughness and mechanical properties. High electric conduction properties. Flame Spraying
Pressing-sintering
Spraying self-lubricated coating.
Copper clad Graphite 50 HRC¡«©‚20
Working Temperature: Max. 400¡æ
Cu 50 Cg 50
Low friction coating material. More obviously lubricating properties.
Good toughness and mechanical properties. High electric conduction properties.
Flame Spraying
Pressing-sintering
Spraying self-lubricated coating.
