KF-230 HRC¡«600

Yttria Partially Stabilized Zirconia powder. Good thermal insulation ceramic coating. Resistance to thermal shock and particle erosion at high temperature. Lower thermal conductivity and good resistance to thermal shock than Aluminum oxide powder. As bonding layer mating with KF113. Plasma Spraying
Good as thermal barrier coatings for afterburners and nozzles in rocket engines and jet engines.

Good for pump mechanical sealing, mud pump pluger, turbomachine blade, valve, friction parts etc.
KF-242 HRC¡«60-70

TiO2:40.0% Al2O3 60
Powder melting point is about 1840¡æ. Dense and good toughness, high bonding strength. Better anti-corrosion and fiber wear resistance properties. Plasma Spraying
Good for drive gear journal, polished jig, fluid pressure motor valve, compressor shaft etc.
